In accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.), the Board of Trustees of the Perth Amboy Free Public Library hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting to be held:
Date: Wednesday, July 30, 2025 Time: 6:30 PM Location: Virtual – via Zoom Conferencing Platform
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to review and approve Amendments 1 and 2 to the architectural services agreement with Dennis Kowal Architects (DKA), which authorize the full scope of design work and increase the project budget to $2.4 million for the Lower Level Renovation.
